These guys are pretty much my main inspiration in
what I do. There's no other artist out there that
can combine fury and melody like Sevendust. They
always have the right lyrics and sound for what
I want to express. Add to the fact that they're
a great group of guys and really supportive of
what I do, it makes using their music that much
more gratifying.
Mixmakers.net is a GREAT forum that's a haven for
sports video makers...mainly for the NBA and NFL.
It has grown rapidly over the last year and it's
now the most popular site of its kind. It's
constantly updated daily with new videos by
various creators as well as highlights from
recent games of NBA, NFL, MLB or any other
sport. There's also separate sports forums
to talk about your favorite teams/players
or anything else in general.
A nice new site to submit your work to be judged in
friendly competition among your peers.
A very cool site featuring videos recommended by
other vidders (and viewers) themselves. Plenty of
great works from all kinds of fandoms to be seen here.
A very talented sister combo that have a HUGE catalogue
of impressive videos of all fandoms...their most notable
fandom being Star Wars.
I can't give enough praise to this guy. These
fan-made trailers are created with such exceptional
skill you will mistake them for professional
trailers. Incredible work.
One of my favorite editors. There's always two
words that come to mind when viewing Kristin's
work, inspiring and innovative. Her unique editing
style and obscure song choices sets her apart
from the rest. If I were to recommend a video
from her site it would be her Equilibrium video
entitled "Here".
An incredible vidder I just discovered through
the Villainous Awards site. I HIGHLY recommend
her video "Sleepwalking" which has an excellent
combination of song choice, beat editing, lyrical
use, effects, overlays, etc. Hell, you name it
and it's in there lol. It's already one of my
favorite videos of all-time and I'm not even
a fan of the show.
The site of a very talented multi-fandom editor with
various videos of just about anything you can think
of...comic heroes, horror, TV shows, sci-fi movies,
martial arts, etc.
Another site of awesome multi-genre videos...including

net. Hundreds of links with just about any fandom
you can think of. And it's constantly updated.
A cool site featuring music videos and trailers
(mostly of the horror variety). Constantly updated
with new projects and well-organized.
A collection of music videos mostly of LOTR as well
as links to similar works. In particular I recommend
"The Swan Song" LOTR video. Beautifully done
